Custom graphical reporting options for your events

Eventarc gives you the ability to view a breakdown of event registrants by particular fields. Anytime a user fills out an option on your event registration page (eg: drop down menu choice or radio button), you can get an overview of the data captured.

This information is available as either a pie chart or a data grid.

For this example, let’s assume we have an option for registrants to select their state from a drop down menu.

1. From your dashboard, click on the name of your event.

You will be presented with the summary screen for your chosen event.

2. To view the state report, click on the ‘Reporting’ tab.

3. From the State report row, select either the Pie graph icon or the Data grid icon which appears on the ‘State report’ line.

4. The relevant data will be displayed on screen for you.
