Building a ticketing and online registration product has its difficulties. One of those is deciding what features are most important, and what can be left for another day. Feature selection becomes even harder as launch day gets closer.
A major element we bailed over the side in order to launch on time was the ability to make paid ticketing events. Given that processing payments is our entire business model this may seem like a strange decision to some, but you should never underestimate the power of actually launching something. Launch brings momentum, heightens enthusiasm and injects an energy into the office that is impossible to replicate. We should have launched earlier!
We knew that payments wouldn’t be that far behind though, and the time for launching it is rapidly approaching. All going well, you should be able to make tickets with a financial value within the next week.

That means being able to charge money for your tickets, and process that money in real time either through our account, your account or PayPal. Paid ticketing, which is what everyone has been waiting for!
