The Eventarc dashboard allows you to have an overview of all your events. You can even perform some common functions from the dashboard without having to click into each individual event.

1. From the navigation tree on the left panel, click on the ‘Dashboard’ link.

2. To view events in a particular folder, simply click on the folder name.

You will be presented with a list of all your events. If you have a large number of events, simply scroll down the list until you have located the relevant event.

3. From this overview, you can easily edit your event, view reporting or export attendee data by clicking on the appropriate icon for each event.

With Eventarc, you can view the details for a single attendee without having to export the entire attendee list.

1. Select the event you would like to view.

2. In the summary screen, click on the ‘Attendees’ tab.

You will see a list of attendees who have registered for your event.

3. To view more details about any attendee, click on the ‘Details’ button.

4. You can search and filter for attendees by using the controls provided.

You can search by first name, surname, ticket number or email address.

5. Eventarc offers real-time reporting. To view the latest list of attendees, just click on the Refresh button.

Your list will now display the most up-to-date data on your attendees.

Eventarc gives you the ability to view a breakdown of event registrants by particular fields. Anytime a user fills out an option on your event registration page (eg: drop down menu choice or radio button), you can get an overview of the data captured.

This information is available as either a pie chart or a data grid.

For this example, let’s assume we have an option for registrants to select their state from a drop down menu.

1. From your dashboard, click on the name of your event.

You will be presented with the summary screen for your chosen event.

2. To view the state report, click on the ‘Reporting’ tab.

3. From the State report row, select either the Pie graph icon or the Data grid icon which appears on the ‘State report’ line.

4. The relevant data will be displayed on screen for you.

Easily gather up-to-date information about all the attendees for your event. This report contains all the information entered by attendees to your event.

1. From your dashboard, click on the event you would like to generate a report for.

2. On your event summary page, click on the ‘Reporting tab’.

3. From the list of reports, you will see a line for Attendee export.

4. Click on the CSV icon to export the attendee list.

5. You will be prompted to save the CSV file.

You can then use your spreadsheet application (eg: Excel) to view the data.
