<p>Eventarc gives you the ability to view a breakdown of event registrants by particular fields. Anytime a user fills out an option on your event registration page (eg: drop down menu choice or radio button), you can get an overview of the data captured.</p>
<p>This information is available as either a pie chart or a data grid.</p>
<p>For this example, let&#8217;s assume we have an option for registrants to select their state from a drop down menu.</p>
<p><strong>1. From your dashboard, click on the name of your event.</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><img class="size-full wp-image-526 aligncenter" title="eventname" src="http://www.eventarc.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/eventname2.png" alt="eventname" width="450" height="300" /></p>
<p>You will be presented with the summary screen for your chosen event.</p>
<p><strong>2. To view the state report, click on the &#8216;Reporting&#8217; tab.</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><img class="size-full wp-image-527 aligncenter" title="reporting" src="http://www.eventarc.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/reporting.png" alt="reporting" width="450" height="300" /></p>
<p><strong>3. From the State report row, select either the Pie graph icon or the Data grid icon which appears on the &#8216;State report&#8217; line.</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><img class="size-full wp-image-529 aligncenter" title="grid" src="http://www.eventarc.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/grid.png" alt="grid" width="450" height="294" /></p>
<p><strong>4. The relevant data will be displayed on screen for you.</strong></p>
