A number of our Australian customers use our event registration software to sell tickets for their events. In doing so, some choose to push the transactions through our merchant account rather than go to the expense of creating their own.
When you register for such an event, your credit card statement will show Eventarc as the merchant rather than the name of the event.
If you still can’t recall the transaction or require an invoice, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
- The first 6 digits of the credit card number associated with the statement
- The last 3 digits of the same credit card
- The exact transaction amount
